The McCloud Hotel opens the Axe & Rose Public House and Cascade Room Event Halll, a large indoor banquet room with a stage that can accommodate up to 180 guests. Located at the north end of the McCloud Historic District, the Axe & Rose Public House offers a unique Mt Shasta dining experience, full bar and traditional pub style menu. Once the workforce cafeteria for the old lumber mill, and later a dance hall, the Hall building provides craftsmanship and details largely preserved in its original condition from the 1930โs.
The Axe & Rose adjoins the Cascade Room Event Hall, new indoor conference and banquet space. With its 14 foot high, coffered ceiling and intricately hand-stenciled wood beams, the versatile space will wow your guests. Both venues may be combined for larger private events.
