The new owners of the McCloud Hotel opened Sage restaurant this year and have been getting rave reviews. Lassen Steelhead Trout $22., Chicken Pot Pie $15., Butternut Squash Ravioli in a Sage Cream Sauce topped with a medley of Sautéed mushrooms $14.
